I have over 20 years of experience working in the court system. As a former court manager, I am experienced in helping to keep the moving parts - 'moving'. You may think you have no time for efforts to continue to scale, as you're spending most of your time managing tasks.


I consult with business owners on accountability and task management. I help bridge the gap between the business owner and their team members. Ensuring the brand voice is being reflected throughout the day-to-day operations and in deliverables. Keeping the lines of communication open for effective delegation. It is highly effective as it allows the business owner the additional time to be in their zone of genius.


Together, we address your current business operations and collaborate on developing a plan to hold you (and your team) accountable through task management using Asana. Then I monitor your plan in Asana, serving as the additional link between you and your team, adjusting deadlines, assisting with clarification, and answering questions.
