I am a self-employed consultant and business owner who works with SMEs, departments and cross-functional teams on individual solutions for working datadriven, agile and with support of digital tools and software.

My core experience is the process optimization and -management. In the past I held numerous of workshops to analyze current processes and find solutions for improving these using data, software and agile methods.
I analyze and model processes, build concepts for implementing agile methods (agile hybrids) and the effective use of data and software along operational processes and raise awareness for all the affected people withing workshops and active monitoring as well as transparent documentation of the change.
I also do parts of these services in smaller projects such as
- building surfaces, pipelines, reporting and dashboards for common software and tools for workflow-management, crm and erp
- documentation and process modeling for workbooks and quality manuals
- APIs and automation of workflows
- communication & data architecture
As a company, we always search for innovation and projects, where we can help through management, product owning as well as support for business and marketing strategies. Therefore, I also take on these roles in projects of innovation and digitalization and have great expertise to acquire subsidies for them as I did frequently in the past.
