Hi, there! I’m Catherine Calmes, Owner of Calmes Consulting.

In 2014, I stepped away from the corporate world to follow my passion for organizing and opened my first business, Sensibly Organized Spaces. After two years of helping women in my local area get their homes organized it was time to expand.

In 2016, I began to offer virtual organizing and quickly noticed that there were many business owners who had amazing ideas, but either had trouble getting the ideas organized or struggled setting up the system to make it happen the way they wanted it to.

I opened Calmes Consulting in 2018 in response to seeing online entrepreneurs needing help getting organized so that they could accomplish more in less time and I knew that I could use my experience to help them do just that.

In August 2018, I earned the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals Specialist Certificate in Workplace Productivity. To earn this I had to complete a minimum of eight individual courses and over 13 hours of instruction. Only members in good standing can earn a Specialist Certificate.

Then, in September 2018, I became an Asana Certified Pro and a Certified Director of Operations.

I enjoy helping my clients use Asana as a work tracking system for teams. Work tracking systems allow teams to break goals and ideas down into actionable tasks, assign that work, and communicate to move the work forward. By making plans, responsibilities, and deadlines clear, work tracking systems empower teams to deliver great results.
